Body Work

Some things stay lodged in the body long after the mind has moved on. An Intuitive Healing session weaves Usui Reiki, light-weaving, and shamanic energy work to gently release what you’ve been holding — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — and restore your natural flow. You leave lighter, more settled, and back in your own rhythm.

Good for: feeling depleted or blocked, stress held in the body, or needing a reset.

Format: 75- 90 minutes — a live in-person session, or a distance session recorded for you.

Cost: $100–150, sliding scale.
