Some things stay lodged in the body long after the mind has moved on. An Intuitive Healing session weaves Usui Reiki, light-weaving, and shamanic energy work to gently release what you’ve been holding, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and restore your natural flow. You leave lighter, more settled, and back in your own rhythm.

- Feeling depleted or blocked, stress held in the body, or needing a reset.
- Format
- 90 minutes. A distance session recorded for you, or in person, we come to you.
- Cost
- $120 recorded, $150 in person.
- Travel
- No travel fee within 30 miles of Shapleigh, Maine (04076). Past 30 miles, $2 per mile, counted one way (45 miles away is 15 × $2 = $30). We don’t travel beyond 100 miles.

Holding your time
Sessions are paid in full when you book. The first $50 of every booking is non-refundable: if you cancel or don’t show, the rest is refunded and the $50 is kept. Sessions under $50 are refunded in full if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead, and are non-refundable after that or if you don’t show. To reschedule, a new $50 holds your new time.
Your appointment is time set aside just for you, and a last-minute cancellation or no-show keeps someone else from booking it. Thank you for understanding.
