Sometimes the nervous system needs a language older than words. A Sound & Frequency session surrounds you with crystal singing bowls, grounding Himalayan bowls, and the airy shimmer of Koshi chimes, quieting the mind, loosening held tension, and realigning your energy. You leave deeply relaxed, clear, and reconnected to yourself.

- In person, we come to you. For individuals or groups, arranged to suit your space.
- Cost
- From $100 for a private session. Hosting a group or event? See Events & Groups.
- Travel
- No travel fee within 30 miles of Shapleigh, Maine (04076). Past 30 miles, $2 per mile, counted one way (45 miles away is 15 × $2 = $30). We don’t travel beyond 100 miles.
Holding your time
Sessions are paid in full when you book. The first $50 of every booking is non-refundable: if you cancel or don’t show, the rest is refunded and the $50 is kept. Sessions under $50 are refunded in full if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead, and are non-refundable after that or if you don’t show. To reschedule, a new $50 holds your new time.
Your appointment is time set aside just for you, and a last-minute cancellation or no-show keeps someone else from booking it. Thank you for understanding.
